• Plan and execute continental and Nigerian menus
• Lead and manage the kitchen team for smooth day-to-day operations
• Maintain high standards of taste, presentation, hygiene, and cost control
• Support menu development for events, specials, and VIP guests

• Solid experience as a Chef in high-end hotels or restaurants (e.g. Presidential Hotel, Protea, Best Western, West-End–level brands)
