SITE PROGRESS UPDATE 🚧🏗️

Work is actively ongoing at our Awkuzu, Anambra State project site as we continue the construction of the basement retaining wall and entrance staircase system for this luxury duplex project.

Due to the challenging sloped terrain discovered after detailed leveling and structural assessment, additional engineering solutions became necessary to ensure:

✅ Proper load distribution
✅ Structural stability
✅ Long-term durability
✅ Moisture protection
✅ Controlled foundation support

Current activities on site include:
🔹 Reinforced retaining wall construction
🔹 Basement structural preparation
🔹 Entrance staircase formation

🏗️ Site Progress Update – Awkwuzu Project

Construction is moving forward smoothly at our Awkwuzu project site and we are excited to share the latest progress with you.

Currently, our team is executing foundation blockwork, carefully building the structural base that will carry the entire building. This stage is very critical because the strength of any building starts from the foundation.

Due to the sloping nature of the terrain, we are also using our Auto Level equipment to properly set out and establish the correct basement floor level. This ensures that the building will sit perfectly balanced on the site and prevents future structural or drainage problems.
