HOW WELL DO YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH???
👉 if you care for your lungs, avoid smoking.
👉 If you care for your heart, avoid excess salt and do regular, moderate exercise
👉 If you care for your liver, avoid excess fatty food,
👉 if you care for your stomach, eat on schedule and skip the bad habits like smoking, excessive caffeine, and alcohol.
👉 if you care for your intestine, replace junk food with vegetables.
👉 if you care for your pancrease, avoid overfeeding.
👉 if you care for your kidney, drink water regularly and don't hold back your urine for too long
👉 if you care for your brain sleep for minimum of 8hrs daily.
👉 If you care for your ovaries, choose foods that are low in fats, sugar and salt.
👉 If you care for your breasts, limit alcohol, watch your weight and do regular self-breast exams
👉 If you care for your te**es and s***m, avoid too tight underwears and high temperatures
👉 If you care for your teeth, brush at least twice daily.
