HOW TO SURVIVE HEART ATTACK WHEN ALONE!!!!

1. Let’s say it’s 7.25pm and you’re going home (alone of course) after an unusually hard day on the job.

2. You’re really tired, upset and frustrated.

3. Suddenly you start experiencing SEVERE PAIN IN YOUR CHEST that starts to drag out into your arm and up in to your jaw. Yet you are about 3 km from the hospital nearest to your location.

4. Unfortunately you don’t know if you’ll be able to make it that far.

5. You have been trained in CPR, but the guy who taught the course did not tell you how to perform it on yourself.

6 HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN ALONE?
Since many people are alone when they suffer a heart attack without help, the person whose heart is beating improperly and who begins to feel faint, has only
about 10 seconds left before losing consciousness.

7. However, these victims can help themselves by:
i. coughing repeatedly and very vigorously.
ii. a deep breath should be taken before each cough
iii. the cough must be deep and prolonged (as in when trying to produce sputum from deep inside the chest).
iv. Continue the breathe deep and hard cough repeatedly about every two seconds without letting-up until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally again.

POINTS TO NOTE:
Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs, while coughing
movements squeeze the heart and keep the blood circulating.
The squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it regain normal rhythm. In this way, heart attack victims can get to a hospital.

Tell as many other people as possible about this. It could save their lives!! May be a life of a beloved.

👉 if you care for your lungs, avoid smoking.
👉 If you care for your heart, avoid excess salt and do regular, moderate exercise
👉 If you care for your liver, avoid excess fatty food,
👉 if you care for your stomach, eat on schedule and skip the bad habits like smoking, excessive caffeine, and alcohol.
👉 if you care for your intestine, replace junk food with vegetables.
👉 if you care for your pancrease, avoid overfeeding.
👉 if you care for your kidney, drink water regularly and don't hold back your urine for too long
👉 if you care for your brain sleep for minimum of 8hrs daily.
👉 If you care for your ovaries, choose foods that are low in fats, sugar and salt.
👉 If you care for your breasts, limit alcohol, watch your weight and do regular self-breast exams
👉 If you care for your te**es and s***m, avoid too tight underwears and high temperatures
👉 If you care for your teeth, brush at least twice daily.

DO YOU KNOW THAT THERE IS CONNECTION BETWEEN KIDNEY AND HEART DISEASES?

Kidney disease and heart disease share two of the same main causes:
1. diabetes
2. high blood pressure

Diabetes
If you have diabetes, you have too much glucose, also called sugar, in your blood. Too much glucose in your blood for a long time can damage many parts of your body, including your heart and kidneys.

High Blood Pressure
Blood pressure is the force of your blood pushing against the walls of your blood vessels. With high blood pressure, your heart works harder to pump blood, which can strain your heart. High blood pressure can damage your blood vessels. If high blood pressure damages the small blood vessels in your kidneys, your kidneys will not filter your blood as well as they should.

Blood pressure is written as two numbers separated by a slash. A doctor will say a blood pressure reading of 120/80 as “120 over 80.” The top number represents the force of blood pressing against the blood vessel walls when the heart is contracting. The bottom number represents the pressure when the heart is at rest between contractions. You should keep your blood pressure below 140/90 unless your doctor sets a different goal. Controlling your blood pressure can help protect your heart and kidneys.

High blood pressure is not only a cause of kidney disease; kidney disease is also not only a cause of high blood pressure. When you have damaged kidneys, they may be unable to filter extra water and salt from your body. The high blood pressure that results can then make kidney disease worse. Worsening kidney disease can raise blood pressure again. A dangerous cycle results as each disease makes the other worse.

*a family member who has kidney failure

You are more likely to develop heart disease if you have
*high blood pressure
*high blood cholesterol, a blood fat

*a family history of early heart disease

You are also more likely to develop heart disease if you
*smoke
*eat a diet high in the wrong kinds of cholesterol (fat)
*have too much sodium (salt)—in your diet
*are overweight
*don’t exercise
*are a man age 45 or older
*are a woman age 55 or older
