As the crisis continues to unfold in Eastern Europe (Ukraine-Russia), the importance of energy to the Built Environment has hit home. Building Projects are no longer viewed only from the perspective of the cost of the completion of the projects, but also the cost of their usage and maintenance.

While this may be a new thinking to most people, GEA has always believed that Building Designs must address both and more:

1. Function and aesthetics must incorporate cost efficiency and energy sustainability.

2. The Post Construction and the life of a Building (usage and maintenance) constitute the larger chunk of the real cost of the building.

This is the current thread globally. From the design stage, we consciously proffer energy solutions that drive down the cost of enjoying your building (Residential, Commercial, Industrial or Institutional) through our choice of materials, orientation, fenestration, and the use of available technology to achieve higher energy efficiency and lower delivered energy consumption = Lower Energy Bills.
