LAWBAN GLOBAL SERVICES LIMITED provides solutions to a broad spectrum of the Construction, Oil and Gas industries and Environmental sector. We specifically target the medium size projects and markets which major international engineering contractors cannot handle cost effectively.

To engage in the business dredging, Road Construction, Building Infrastructures e.g. Housing units/Estates, Electrification Project, Importation of or Acquisition of chemicals and Laboratory Equipment of any type, including importation and sales of the spare parts and other components.

To carry on the business of sales and distribution of new or used Earth Moving Machineries, Dredging equipment, Oil Servicing Equipment including Road construction equipment of all description including the sale and distribution of spares including motor tyres, tubes, etc.

To carry on all over Nigeria and elsewhere the business of merchants, exporters, importers, trust agents, manufacturer’s commission agents, sellers and distributors of aircraft and machineries.

To promote any other company or companies for the purpose of acquiring all or any part of the property, rights and liabilities of this company or for any other purpose, which may seem directly or indirectly calculated to benefit this company.

To enter into any arrangements with any government or any authorities (federal, state, local or otherwise) or any.
