TESTIMONY - PROSTATE

My dad had Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia(BPH) for some years now with intermittent symptoms of frequency, urgency, painful urination etc which I have been managing him for sometime now before total retention now occurred, he was catheterized in other to urinate.
I took him to IMSUTH with a prostate scan result of 171g in size, after series of investigations, he was booked for Open Prostatectomy, I was afraid of the complications, then I took him to _Save a Life Mission Hospital, Owerri_ where after their own series of investigations booked him for Laser Prostatectomy which would cost us N1.8 million because they said that the Surgeon will come from India. *TESTIMONY - DIABETIC FOOT ULCER*
I am a 67 year old teacher and retired director of education in Lagos State. I have had Diabetes for twenty years. I was managed at different hospitals and the last was Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, LASUTH. In addition to diabetes, I have Hypertension, Cellulitis, Arthritis, Lymphoedema (over 50 years) and eye problems. By mid 2019 I started having ulcer in my right foot which began to decay fast. My doctor advised that I needed to have an amputation done to arrest the progress of the ulcer. In my quest to avoid surgery, I looked for alternative solution.
