After completing the theoretical foundation, our 10 trainees at DESLOG have officially begun a 10days intensive practical training session in crane operations.

This phase is all about hands-on experience operating equipment, applying safety procedures, and building the confidence required for real industrial environments.

Our group includes young talents, with the youngest participant being just 19 years old a clear sign that skill development has no age barrier when passion and determination are present.
