Today, on World Day for Safety and Health at Work, We stand with the global community in recognizing the 2026 theme:
“Promoting Good Psychosocial Working Environments.”
This theme highlights that workplace safety is not only about helmets, gloves, and physical protection it also includes mental health, emotional well-being, and a positive work environment. Stress, burnout, workplace pressure, harassment, poor communication, and unhealthy work conditions can be just as dangerous as physical hazards.
A good psychosocial working environment ensures that employees feel respected, supported, heard, and motivated. It encourages teamwork, work-life balance, fair treatment, and a culture where safety is both physical and psychological.
We believe that when people feel safe in both mind and body, productivity improves, innovation grows, and everyone returns home healthy and fulfilled.
Your life is priceless, work safely, think safety, and live safely.
