A LOVE NOTE TO MY FELLOW ENTREPRENEURS...
Success only comes by making new contacts, following up and keeping in touch. Always treat your employees exactly the same way you want them to treat your best costumers. Customers service is not a department rather it's an attitude. The purpose of a business is to create a customer who creates more customers, so always try and do your best work. One customer well taken care of could be more valuable than $10,000 worth of advertising.
A brand is what a business does, reputation is what people remember. People don't care about your business, they care about their problem, so be the solutions they are looking for.
It is not your costumers right to remember you, it is your obligation and responsibility to make sure they don't have the chance to forget you. Your attitude is the magnet that will draw customers to you. Grow on.
