Very very late update on this project, but we just have to put up the final stages here and what we transformed it to.

Client asked for a total renovation works on his abandoned project, giving us a very short time frame for conclusion. We visited the site, took our on site measurements for as built, went back to our drawing tables, came up with a re-design/modification of facade and presented our proposal to our client. Known for what we do best, he was very satisfied with our new proposal for his abandoned project. We were mobilized to site for the renovation works proper, brought in our team of experts, check for structural stability of the existing building and how to go about the project., we came up with different approach and then kicked off our renovation works with minimal structural demolition.

We had little challenges during the project time frame but was able to over come most of them. Client was also not left out of his project because we gave him regular site update/ daily report coupled with his regular onsite visit during construction.

Time ticked away, project phases progressed and we delivered our project as proposed to the client within the speculates timeframe given to us by the client. Kudos to the team work and staff of Toblandesign who made the project a success.
