1 THE COMPANY'S HISTORY
In 2010, Aniefiok Okon, the C.E.O. of Ever-safe Environmental Services was incorporated into Agrochaz consult (a reputable environmental services company) as a trainee. During his sojourn as a trainee, he was exposed to field work in fumigation & pest control, waste management/disposal, industrial cleaning and horticulture services. In 2011, he was under the payroll of
the company after being tested and certified as well experienced by his boss, Elder Brown. In 2013, his boss saw that he has gotten enough field experience and promoted him to a supervisor where he played supervisory role in jobs rendered to oil companies(e.g OML 58 IPP Obite, Elf petroleum Nigeria Limited, etc.), Ponticelli Nigeria Limited, ONELGA, University of Port Harcourt Hostels, offshore platforms, hospitals, banks, schools, supermarkets, farmlands, numerous domestic apartments, etc. He had lots of request to carry out pest control and other jobs but referred these jobs onto his former employer, as he was busy with his supervisory jobs.
1n 2014, due to his unquestionable loyalty, he received blessings from Elder Brown where he was assisted to establish his own company, Ever-safe environmental services. He started the company in Port Harcourt, Rivers State Nigeria but later moved to Uyo to establish the company’s head office. Over the years, the business has grown as Aniefiok worked full time in his company. He kept his client base and provided good old fashion services to grow his business through referrals and repeated business. On 8th December, 2015, Ever-safe Environmental Services was officially registered with corporate affairs commission. Aniefiok is still committed in the business and it has grown to level where it is constantly growing and employing but still maintaining the business values. 2 COMPANY GENERAL STRUCTURES AND ORGANIZATION
At the moment our staff strength stood at 18 distributed at our office in, Uyo, Port Harcourt and various sites where we have projects being executed. Where the jobs are pressing, we hire or engage the services of casual workers who are not permanent employees of the company. All our staffs work in harmony as members of close knit and happy family. The management has one of its cardinal objective that of seeing the happiness and wellbeing of all staff. one of the ways we incite our staffs is by giving them transport allowance on monthly basis. Our staff strength stood as follows:

• Site supervisor (pest control, sewage disposal and cleaning services)

• Scientific officer (fumigation and pest control)

• Office/receptionist
• 4 Nos. trained fumigation, sewage and cleaning staffs.

3 PARTNERSHIPS
• Our financial partner is Zenith Bank PLC; they come to assist if the down payment we receive from our clients, inadvertently due to un-envisage circumstances isn’t enough to execute the project successfully.

(ii) Dr. Eucharia Nwaichi (Environmental consultant, UNESCO award winner and a lecturer in Biochemistry Department, University of Port Harcourt) (iii) Edem chemical (a fumigation and pest control consultant) Uyo, Akwa Ibom State and (iv) Hillview Knowledge Management Limited (Professional trainers of staffs in areas of being visionary, result oriented/goal driven and effective marketing)
