Vacancy: Marketing Lead & Deal Closer
Location: Port Harcourt (resident only)
Job Type: Hybrid – On-site & Remote (specific days to be discussed during interview)

ENSAB Multi Projects Limited is a trusted leader in real estate and business brokerage, serving a dynamic clientele across Nigeria. We are urgently seeking a sharp and results-driven Marketing Lead & Deal Closer to join our team and help accelerate our sales performance.
Role Overview
You will lead marketing initiatives and close revenue-generating deals across real estate and business development projects. This is a hands-on role with strong earning potential, where your performance directly impacts your rewards. Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media management is compulsory.
Qualifications & Experience
- B.Sc. or HND in Marketing with at least 2 years’ experience, OR
- Any degree with minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and closing business deals
- Prior experience in real estate sales or business development is an added advantage
- Must have completed NYSC and be based in Port Harcourt
- Must demonstrate effective communication in spoken and written English
- Smart, professional appearance and confident in presentation
- Must have demonstrable digital marketing and social media skills (mandatory)
Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads via field visits, digital outreach, events, and referrals
- Close sales for ENSAB’s real estate and business starter packages
- Use digital platforms and personal outreach to generate qualified prospects
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client experience and marketing resources
- Provide written and verbal updates to the MD and Operations team
- Engage with clients professionally, ensuring timeliness and accuracy in communication
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary (discussed during interview)
- Direct commission: 5% to 20% on closed real estate deals
- Indirect commission: 1% to 3% on referred contracts
- Quarterly bonuses upon meeting or exceeding targets
