MORE EXPLANATIONS ON THE MASHBUUH CODES:
Most of the doubtful ingredients codes which are known as Mashbuuh are usually from fat. I.e the oil the foods companies uses as part of their ingredients to prepare the foods. And what makes it to be doubtful is the fact that most of such are extracted from either animal fats or plants. So if it's investigated and found to be from animals fat then questions must arise as follows:
1. What kind of animal was the oil extracted from its fat. Is is Halal animal? If yes, is it slaughtered in accordance with Islamic teachings? If yes too then the food became Halal if other ingredients are all Halal too. But if it is found to be Haraam animal such pig fat oil, then it's no go area for a real Muslim. Or it is from Halal animal but not slaughtered in accordance with the Islamic teachings, it's also a no go area for Muslim too.

CLASIFICATIONS OF FOODS INGREDIENTS CODES:
The foods ingredients codes are classified in to three major categories, each with its own explanation as follows:
1. The 100% Halal codes : these are the ones by seeing them as an ingredient in a food, Muslim will be assured that what he/she is taking or about to consume is Halal, therefore have no any reason to question it existence in the good. These are well known to those who have it's knowledge. And Hafma Intl Ltd have tried to compile a research booklet on them to enlighten the Muslim ummah.
2. The 100% Haraam codes: these ones are also well known to those whom are well fed with knowledge. They are the types that a Muslim will immediately stand away from any food that they are mixed with as an ingredient. These ones too are well explained the Hafma booklet.
3. The Mashbuuh (doubtful ingredients) : these are the most complicated ones which most people don't know there rules islamicaly except by serious and deep investigations. They are the types prophet Muhammad ص mentioned by saying : لا يعلمهن كثير من الناس that most people do not know them. Now the question here is that : how can get such assurance as a nation? IT IS ALLAH'S COMMAND THAT YOU SHOULD NOT CONSUME BUT HALAL !!! Allah says in suratul muminun verse 72 ( O messengers, eat of the good things and act righteously. Verily I know best what you do ). And he also say in suratul Baqorah verse 172 ( O you who believe, eat of the lawful things that we have provided you with, and be grateful to Allah, if it is indeed He whom you worship ). According to these two verses it is now clear to us that who so ever is not watchful of what he consumes, is total not on the track of real believers. More so, as a Nigerian, you will agree with me that our nation is one of the nations that really believed in prayer and its effect in ones life. For this you should know that consuming Halal is your personal gain and a simple code that unlock the gate for your prayers to be answered by Allah, prophet Mohammad has ones mentioned that "verily Allah is pure and will not accept a deed except that which is pure,............ at the end of that very Hadith He (ص) narrated a story of a man on a long journey, very tired and in need of help, this man raises his hands to Allah seeking for help, but unfortunately he eats Haram, drinks Haram, clothed with Haram and was from childhood brought up with Haram, then the prophet said how would his prayers be answered.
