The Maxwell Leadership Certified Team (MLCT), previously called the John Maxwell Team, had the absolute privilege of hosting John Griffin, Vice President of Global Programs at the Maxwell Leadership Foundation, on Saturday, 22nd June 2024 in Lagos. This was his first-ever visit to Nigeria, and we were truly honored!
It was an invaluable time of learning and networking for the MLCT members - a vibrant group of seasoned coaches, mentors, and inspirational leaders. John Griffin led two incredibly engaging sessions:
1. A closed-door meet-and-greet exclusively for MLCT members, where he shared insights on "The Leader's Winning Edge." This provided us with a unique and cherished opportunity to learn directly from one of the founding members of the Team. I was absolutely thrilled to be able to put faces to the names of some of my fellow Coaches, network, share ideas to smoothen rough edges in our various businesses, dine together and simply elevate our MLCT community in the most Nigerian way!
2. An open session that was also attended by some of our clients and those interested in joining the global Maxwell Leadership community. Here, John Griffin shared his expertise on "The 10 Secrets of Success" - imparting such great wisdom and providing clarity with such depth that it left the audience hungry for more!
It was indeed a Saturday well spent, deepening relationships and getting better equipped to continue serving individuals and organizations. I'm truly grateful for the chance to learn from John Griffin and connect with this inspiring group of leaders. I feel really rejuvenated and empowered to keep serving the people I'm called to serve💪🏼
