There Is Greatness Within You
The path to greatness consists of having a strong and genuine desire, a good purpose, and good company along the way.
Give yourself some credit: You’ve been through a lot and maybe you are just tired. Let’s take a moment to appreciate our inner strength and make it come out of its shell. A shell created by a modern illusion of not being able to fulfill our dreams. A modern mentality that we are limited. We are not!
The killer of greatness is fear. Fear that you might get hurt, fear that you won’t be successful or fear that you will succeed and won’t be able to handle it. Either way, it’s irrational and doesn’t make any sense. Because the lack of action provides much more damage than doing it wrong. Doing it wrong is the part of getting better. You can’t get better if you are perfect, right? So, it’s natural that you screw it up, but it’s also natural that you will become better and better every time.
But when you don’t try at all, when you don’t make that phone call, when you don’t say to that special someone how much they mean to you, when you don’t appreciate what you have, when you don’t go after your dreams, the pain of regret resulted will be huge.
