I think about this line frequently.
Whether it's our friends, family or other important people in our lives.
We tend to not reach out and congratulate them or tell them how we feel about them.
We wait until it's too late.
Think about the last time you told the important people in your life I Love You or I'm Proud of You.
When you have a friend reach a major milestone, ask yourself whether you reached out to congratulate them on it.
When I see one of my friends post a win on social media, I make an effort to hit the DMs and let them know:
- Well done
- I'm happy for you
- This was well deserved
- Let me know if I can help you
After all, my friends matter to me.
Even if we've only known each other on socials.
When someone in your circle wins, you all win together.
We need to learn to celebrate these moments on this journey we call life.
