Opportunities abound everywhere they say but then there are good opportunities and there are bad opportunities.

Often times when presented with an opportunity we tend to focus on the positives and try to mentally block the silent warning in our head about the business.

Once in a while we find that we have once again involved ourself in a business opportunity that is not really as good as it sounds. This happens all the time even to the most experienced busieness people.

Entrepreneurs and Investors are always looking for the next big thing, but marketers and business development personnel could be very persuasive and numbers can be tricky no matter how educated you are..

It's practically impossible to find a perfect opportunity, and any successful CEO will tell you it took a while to get it right.

The best tactic is to read examples and understand what to look for and where to go to find a successful opportunity.

It's never guaranteed, but it's a good (and necessary) place to start.
