Interim UI/UX & Product Experience Lead
(aka Interim Chief Product Experience Officer – CPEO)

Duration: 3–6 months (extendable)
Format: Hands-on, high-touch, weekly working sessions
Reports to: Founder / CEO

🎯 Mission
Take Kulturee from promising beta → premium, public-ready discovery platform.
This role exists to finish the product, not experiment endlessly.

*What You’ll Own*
• End-to-end user journeys (Discovery → Action → Feedback)
• Fix search & recommendations — no blank or “dumb” results
• Enforce listing & content quality standards
• Build and enforce a premium design system
• Act as product quality gatekeeper (block weak releases)
• Work directly with designers, engineers & product team
• Coach team and leave behind stronger UX capability

This Is a Hands-On Role
You will design flows, review screens, iterate wireframes, and sit in sprint reviews.
Not a slide-deck, polish, or junior UX role.

✅ Ideal Profile
• 8–12+ years in UI/UX or Product Experience
• Experience with consumer discovery platforms (travel, lifestyle, marketplace, events)
• Proven track record taking products from beta → premium launch
• Strong UX judgment, taste, and product instincts
• Comfortable challenging founders, designers & engineers (respectfully)

📈 Success =
• No broken or empty search experiences
• Fewer UX complaints
• Clear improvement in flow, trust & confidence
• Users describe the app as: “Smooth. Intuitive. Premium.”
• NPS trending toward +40
