On the 15th and 16th of October, we had the privilege of hosting select Construction Professionals in Academia from across Nigeria at the Training Workshop on Digital Technologies for TVET in Construction Education.
This transformative programme was sponsored by the British Council, through Edinburgh Napier University, United Kingdom, and held in partnership with the University of Uyo.
The workshop brought together brilliant minds and passionate educators committed to shaping the future of construction education in Nigeria. Together, we explored innovative pathways for integrating digital technologies into Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), fostering collaboration, creativity, and sustainable capacity development within the sector.
It was truly inspiring to see the level of engagement, shared insights, and dedication to advancing Nigeriaโs construction education ecosystem. We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to be part of such a visionary initiative, one that aligns with our collective mission to empower educators and bridge the gap between industry and academia.
