FIVE THINGS INTERNET BUSINESS OWNERS DON'T DO
I guess you online business owners often feel discouraged when you do not make sales or when your sales falls below expectations. It happens this way when you do not learn and implement the following points I will be enumerating below. Stay glued and learn.

1. You have not studied your products!!
There's need to know your products/Services so well, when issues of concerns, questions and enquiries pop up, you bring your savvy and wit out to application
2. You sell products instead of selling offers
When you're so engrossed in Products sales and less concerned about Offers to entice your Customers, it's very wrong. In the business sense, it's simply unethical.

Now what is a Product?
A product is a commodity with value, you are selling🤷🏼♀️ e.g could be services like makeup/photo sessions, consultancy, cleaning, cooking or physical stocks like bags, shoes, cosmetics, etc.
Those are your products.
Now, what is an Offer?
An offer is better referred to as "jaare(extra)" in a layman's understanding. It is a guaranteed promise for an exclusive bonus to your customer/client.
An offer lures people to your Products.

Mr A sells land (product)
And he gifts people that buy land from him cash discounts (offer).
Mrs B sells clothes and shoes (products) and gives a free Delivery (offer) worldwide to her customers.
Mr X sells car (product) and gives his customers a gallon of car engine oil(offer).
P.S. when you give an offer, make sure it's in line with the product type you're selling. I mean you can't be selling Coffin and your offer is giving your customers poisonous substances-killing spree, that's outrageous, rather give them cash discounts or discounted ambulance services- that's related to your business and also more rational.

3. You don't Educate your customers🙅🏽♀️🙅🏽♀️.
This is rather referred to as selfishness😅.
A practical example👇🏽
You sell clothes and bags but all you do is to upload 100 of your products on WhatsApp and Facebook🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️.
You don't for once try to educate your customers on some cute clothes match up and styles that can give them an outstanding look🤷🏼♀️.
People mute and get tired of your 100s of photos on WhatsApp.

4. You do WhatsApp and Facebook marketing( social media marketing) wrongly🤦🏼♀️🙅🏽♀️🙅🏽♀️🙅🏽♀️.
This is a very crucial reason why you don't make sales.
How do you expect someone to buy from you when all you do is to upload thousand photos of one polo or shoe or bag or car🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️.
People won't buy like that because they are bored of your numerous pictures🤦🏼♀️they might even end up muting your status or go extra miles to block you.🤦🏼♀️

Imagine when you have 500 WhatsApp contacts,
100 out of the 500 contacts are families, relatives and friends.
150 out of 400 don't view your status because they are working class persons that doesn't have time.
50 out of 250 contacts remaining muted you because of your numerous posting of your products.
50 out of the 200 contacts are students .
50 out of the 150 contacts just view your status for sight-seeing purposes.

5. Customer's Review.
Review is better said as "how good or bad is my product" from a customer.
A practical example is
Mr Ebuka sold a bag worth of 10k to me so after I saw the bag I loved it and I got compliments the day I wore the bag out (that is my own review on Mr Ebuka's bag)
That's a typical example of review.
Always ask your customers for reviews, I know that some times the reviews might be bad but don't worry.
When you get negative reviews on your products, kindly use it and work for the betterment of your products...
When you get positive reviews, kindly use it for Promotions and Advertisements.....
This is very important in your businesses.
People buy from people they trust with something.
