We taught her what we felt she should know about automation, helped her understand how workflows operate, and showed her how to connect the dots.

That's one of the most common CRM mistakes we've seen overtime.

Not missing data.

But missing the right fields.

Your pipeline looks full. But your reports?

The fix is simple.

Not a new tool or a complex integration.

But one additional field: Lead Source.

Add it to your CRM, make it mandatory, and then observe exactly which channels are worth your budget and which ones are quietly draining it.

One thing about CRM fields...

The ones you skip at setup are usually the ones you desperately need later.
