At the top: a client deliverable she had been putting off for six weeks straight.

Every morning her inbox had twelve things in it that felt more urgent.

Four years of coaching. Same question in session one every time.

She answered it thoroughly every single time. Never charged for the answer. Never thought to.

When I went through her session notes with her, I found a complete course framework — already written, already tested, already proven.

It just existed inside Zoom calls instead of inside a product.

We packaged it in four weeks. She launched it at ₦45,000.
Nine sales in five days. ₦405,000.

If you're a coach and you're thinking about hiring this year, this is for you. 💛

Bringing someone in before your systems are documented doesn't reduce your workload. It creates a new one — managing a person through chaos instead of just navigating it yourself.

The coaches I work with who've made this mistake all say the same thing: "I thought having help would free me up. Instead I spent all my time explaining things I hadn't written down."

The fix isn't a better hire. It's building the foundation before the hire arrives.
