Job Title: HR Business Development Officer

Salary: N120,000 + sales commission
Responsibilities
﹥ Identify new business opportunities, nurture existing partnerships and build o robust pipeline of prospects
﹥ Be a strategic advisor with management, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and growth plans
﹥ Partner in talent acquisition from recruitment, on-boarding, succession planning and retention strategies
﹥ Manage employee issues, conflict resolution, performance management and foster positive work culture.
﹥ Support change management, structure design, implement learning programs, and wellness.

Minimum Requirements:
Applicant must have:
Bachelor’s degree or HND from University or Polytechnic. HR Ccertification may be of advantage.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales/marketing experience for roles focused on new business development.
Strong understanding of business functions and market trends
Excellent verbal and written communication, coaching and influencing abilities.
Ability to see big picture and develop long-term HR solutions
Ability to use HR metrics to inform decisions and report on effectiveness

Key Responsibilities:
