Yes! you can start making money today!

But!

The big question is, what problem can you solve? You must solve a problem to make money.

Take for example, at Dealdrive Technology, the brand work with businesses, individuals and organisations to achieve digital solutions that help the smooth running of their operations. The company achieve this great aim with a website, mobile app, software development etc.

Phewww!

Back to you, my sole interest.

Do you know that the little you know, someone else can pay for it? Nope, it's not a question, I'm spilling the beans.

What's left, if you have something people can pay you money for?

Simply brand the idea or yourself! If you must use a name please figure out one. If you can get a logo or flyer, mbok go for them.

NOTHING IS BY FORCE! START THE ONE YOU CAN TODAY, CONTINUE TOMORROW.

But, don't forget to maximize the social media platforms! You aren't doing it because everyone is doing it. You are doing it because your target market is on the digital space.

WILL FEAR FEED YOU?

Most recently, i asked a question in two different groups on Facebook, asking why people haven't started a business.

While most people responded that CAPITAL is the challenge, some said that FEAR OF THE UNKNOWN hinders them from taking the bold step.

Regarding the issue of CAPITAL, in my yet to be launched ebook "START SMALL, WIN BIG," i have provided a guide to starting a business even with the least CAPITAL, you have at hand.

Meanwhile, my piece today is much centered on fear of the unknown. The fact is that, if you are afraid of starting a business because of failure, you won't grow.

GROW ALONG WITH YOUR BUSINESS!!!

Yes! you ought to start small and grow along with your business!

Just because you started a business with 5k, doesn't mean it's a crime to scale up. The truth is that you can only scale up, when you have grown along with your business.

When i say grow along with your business, i mean two things, which are:

1. Acquiring more and necessary skills for your business growth.

If you must learn copy writing for your business to scale better, you should without hesitation.

2. Regular evaluation of your business results, and taking appropriate actions.

This can done easily by assessing your business operation models, to see how effective they are. For example, if you aren't getting enough clients, you should evaluate your marketing strategies.

Your products or services aren't meant for everyone to buy or use!

Well, that's the truth you have to embrace!

Before you start pushing your products or services out there, and hoping to get a patronage, you MUST know and understand the group of people those products or services are meant for.

This group of people is called "Target market or audience"

It's very necessary to know and understand your target market properly, so you can achieve:

1. The ability of communicating with them the right way
2. The ability of knowing where and how to contact them
3. The ability of detecting your target market easily
4. The ability to avoid time wasting on the wrong target market etc.

The merits of knowing and understanding your target market are endless,

So, you should invest time in identifying and studying your target market, in order to get more patronages for your products or services.

Do you have some reasonable amount of money?

My advise is that you let it be a capital for a business idea. You shouldn't wait till you have the BIG CAPITAL, before launching your business idea.

The bitter truth is that BIG CAPITAL, will take forever to come into your hands.

You start and build that small business to whatever level you want it to be. The possibilities of your small business becoming another big company, are endless and largely dependent on your efforts.

What could be the best business idea to start with 5k?

That's the question, most people usually ask, and truthfully, i have asked that question before.

I believe if you really want to make a better living, you should be looking for possible ways of achieving it.

So, asking about the business idea to kick off even with the least 1k, is totally a GREAT STEP. You have done so well for yourself. You can take a chilled drink for that.

Meanwhile, there is nothing like the best business idea. A business idea is only GREAT, if only, there is a GREAT problem it solves.

At that point, your products or services become a SOLUTION to your target market, and not just a mere product or service.

If you observed a problem and if you start a business with 1k, and the problem can be solved, YOU HAVE GOTTEN THE BEST BUSINESS IDEA.

You can go ahead to study some important things about your target market, so you can present your SOLUTION in an acceptable pattern and condition.

Before the start of 2024, did you plan to launch a business idea?

At least, starting anything that can put money in your pocket. Quite understandable, because the economy isn't smiling.

It's most likely you did had that great ambition. Trust me, the idea of starting anything positive to earn money isn't a bad idea. In fact, you have taken a great step.

Nonetheless, i will like you to answer some questions about "Just starting anything to survive"

1. Is the idea really solving an existing problem?
2. Is it something you can start easily with the little available capital?
3. Will you have enough patience to see the idea go through challenges?

If you can asnwer the above sincerely to yourself, you shouldn't hesitate to launch your business idea.

Is capital hindering you from launching your business idea?

I know asking this question, most people will always respond with a "yes." But, it's totally not a bad response, because it's what it's.

I mean, you have this brilliant and excellent idea, that can even make you a billionaire, but the capital to even get things started, becomes a BIG issue.

So wetin man go do?

I will tell you, Wetin man go do.

Man go do any of the following:

1. Start small by being shameless. If you are willing to start small, before scaling up, it will be possible. Don't listen to those mocking your little start. Be focus and consistent for the bigger goal.

2. Be ready to collaborate. Many aren't ready to share ideas with like minds. They just want to be the all in all.

These two ways I have shared, are what worked for me, while building my businesses.

Before you DARE TO LAUNCH your business idea,

Do you have enough resources to be able to run the business successfully?

You know, when we talk about resources in business, most minds wander off to money and more money.

But! i want to tell you that, the skill(s), you need to have for that your business to succeed, is a kind of resources.

I don't want to dwell much on money, because if you must know, everytime you wish to do something huge in your life, the money isn't always there, so you must plan and probably save for it.

These days, it has become somehow easy to start a business. For example affiliate marketing, where you can partner with a known brand to market their services or products, and you get commission per sale.

I'm not sure you need more than airtime, data and the good phone you already have in your hand.

You can agree with me that with the experience of selling for a brand for a commission, you will be able to market your products or services successfully.

Well! You must not go through that route, but if you need to consume quality contents (video or text) daily, on issues affecting your business, you should. It's part of skill learning.

I always admire the idea of starting a business, as early as possible. The danger of delaying an idea is that, it brings doubts of the validity of such idea.

So, i admire taking action as early as possible.

While starting early is great, another key thing is preparing for the challenges ahead.

Your business must face challenges! Don't be deceived that it will be smooth always.
