WHO IS AN EMPLOYER?
An employer is a person, company, or organization that employs people to work for them, with them and in turn pays them for the work they do.
Who is an Employee?
The people who are paid to do the work or the people who are paid for the work they do.
In some places such people can be referred to as "new hires" , “new recruits" or "newly appointed".
WHAT MAKES A GOOD EMPLOYEE
A good employee is an asset to any company! He is hard worker who works tirelessly and smartly to ensure he delivers. Such a person sure to be a rock and pillar to the organization. On the other hand a bad employee is a shame to the company , this is because he puts up unacceptable behaviour that has the potential to create risk on the health and safety of other employees and his employer.
A bad employee is a disgrace to the company. He puts up unacceptable behaviour that can be defined as behaviour that creates, or has the potential to create, risk to the business or the health and safety of employees.
UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR OBSERVED IN WORKPLACE
Some of the behaviors observed in work places are:
Abusive
Aggressive
Bullying
Discrimination
Harassment
Organizational structure differs from company to company. What is acceptable in one company maybe unacceptable in another.
However there are standards to follow as an employee.
