When designing a school, the goal is not just to create classrooms.

It is to create an environment where children can learn, move, and grow naturally.

Children don’t experience space like adults do.

So we approached this project differently.

We thought about movement.
Play.
Interaction.
Supervision.

🚀 WE ARE HIRING: SITE ARCHITECT (UYO) 🏗️

Are you a "boots-on-the-ground" Architect who thrives on-site? We are looking for a result-oriented Site Architect to join our team in Uyo.

If you can manage construction sites independently with little to no supervision, we want to hear from you!
📍 Location: Uyo, Akwa Ibom State (Must be a resident)
🛠️ Work Type: Full-time / On-site

The Role
This is a site-focused position. While design skills are great, your primary mission is ensuring what is on the paper is perfectly executed on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Full-time site supervision and coordination.
2. Managing artisans, subcontractors, and daily site activities.
3. Accurate interpretation of architectural drawings.
4. Quality control and strict adherence to specifications.
5. Preparing daily/weekly site reports and updates.

What We Are Looking For
1. Education: BSc / MArch in Architecture.
2. Experience: 2–5 years post-NYSC with a strong background in site supervision.
3. Skills: Ability to run site activities independently.
4. Deep knowledge of construction processes and detailing.
5. Proficiency in AutoCAD (Interpretation/Redlining).
6. Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
7. Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or Enscape is an advantage.

Thinking about building next year?
Here’s a simple 7-step Pre-Construction Checklist we give our clients to help them avoid stress, delays, and avoidable costs.

1. 𝐃𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲
What is the purpose of the building? Who will use it? What style do you prefer?

2. 𝐒𝐞𝐭 𝐚 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐛𝐮𝐝𝐠𝐞𝐭 (𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚 𝐛𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫)
Plan your main budget - and add a 10–15% contingency for surprises.
