Intentionality is indeed a powerful concept when it comes to achieving goals and success. It's about moving beyond mere wishes and taking deliberate action to bring about the desired outcomes. Just as being intentional about the quantity of water you drink can have a positive impact on your health, being intentional in other areas of life can also lead to significant results.

Setting specific goals and creating a plan to achieve them is a crucial step in intentional living. Rather than relying on chance or hoping for things to magically fall into place, intentional individuals take proactive measures to make progress. They break down their goals into actionable steps, set deadlines, and hold themselves accountable for their actions. This level of dedication and focus can significantly increase the chances of success.

Being intentional also involves being mindful of how you spend your time. Every minute is valuable, and intentionally making the most of it can lead to greater productivity and personal growth. This means prioritizing tasks, managing distractions, and staying disciplined to ensure that your actions align with your goals.

When I set out to run domestic staffing in 2011, it was an answer to a call. To curb the societal poverty menace and bring empowerment and financial inclusion to the less privileged poor uneducated and vulnerable young girls and women.

Some laughed at me;
Some were worried for me;
Some warned me of the dangers in the venture.
But in the place of purpose, nothing can stop a lady who’s got a heart and guts. I choose to provide employment platforms for not just the educated graduates but to carefully design our business model to specifically accommodate poor young girls.

10years down the line, despite the challenges, waxing stronger each passing day, we have empowered over a thousand young girls through our maid services. Not just that, the same venture has given me international recognitions , awards, multiple scholarships and has brought me to speak on global stages.

This is the latest...

I will be speaking at this global event to mark the international day of the girl.
I have been invited to talk to an international community about my work with mentoring young girls in domestic service in Nigeria.

Truly your work will bring you standing before great men.
