Steph you scammed me of my money

Says a customer...

A customer visited the office to buy Distributors machine back then in 2022 when the machine was sold for N160,000.

She came with her child

After all the teaching and testing of the machine she happily went back to her community to start printing

The next day she chatted my assistant up that the machine wasn't working

I ask her to enquire more to know what actually is the issue

She said whenever she puts on the machine,her generator goes off.

Before then she had told me she's married so when she made the complain I quickly taught about the husband and if he might be upset with her buying machine that wasn't working

Quickly I called my agent who supply me machine and told him...him being a good dealer immediately gave me a time frame to return the machine.

I immediately told my assistant to chat the lady up to tell her to come back with the machine...

Only for her to send me a screenshot of Abusive messages the lady had sent her🤦‍♂️

I understood her hanger so I told my assistant not to respond she should just send a message to her to bring back the machine we would change it to another one.

Do you know that up till now this lady dint show up???

I am baffled because why would I buy something of N160,000 and it's not working and I won't go to return it....even if I cant ho alone I will go with my husband to return it.

Instead up till now she still keep posting SCAMMER SCAMMER in all my ads and post...

What did I do wrong here??
Why dint she return the machine???
