"After my mother died, life became very difficult. I struggled to afford even basic needs. I moved in with my aunt, but things were still tough. At just 16, I became a single mother after my boyfriend abandoned me when I got pregnant. Despite the insults and hardships I faced, I’m so thankful I didn’t choose to abort my baby. My son has become my greatest inspiration, and I have no regrets. I know many people wish for children but can’t have them."

We’re on our fourth ivf journey, and until now, I’ve always insisted on giving myself the sh0ts. But today, for the very first time, I let my husband take over… and oh, I was dramatic! 😂

This man treats patients with calm confidence every day, but when it came to me? Hmm! Suddenly, I didn’t care about his medical experience 😂I turned into his supervisor, coach, and worst critic all at once. 🙈 I was teaching him how to do his job, like I had the degree!

They say no one is a prophet in his own land🤣 and trust me, in this house, that saying rings true! 😂
Still, he did great (don’t tell him I said that though 😌), and we got through it with laughter, love, and a little chaos.

Here’s to hope, growth, and trusting, even when it’s hard. One sh0t at a time. 💪🏽💜

Wearing it today made me feel connected to my Nigerian roots and reminded me of the beauty in diversity and tradition.
