ABOLISH LG MINISTRIES AND LG COMMISSIONS NOW.

LG autonomy should immediately start with abolishing the Ministry for Local Government and the LG Service Commissions. Assets and liabilities should be transfered direct to Local Governments. This should be the first structural adjustment.
