The second Rio Bravo Basin Governance Forum takes place this 15-16 August in Chihuahua, Mexico. GSI is happy to be present and supporting the development of Rio Bravo’s basin vision, along with more than 200 stakeholders. We do this by using our Water Canvases methodology. Last week we participated in the Alliance for Water Stewardship seminar and training in Cologne, providing our practical experience, expertise and tools to support sustainable water use in agricultural supply chains. Thanks to all participants and organizers for a really productive week!

It was a pleasure to participate in the REC project final meeting held in Marrakech this week. The potential of remote sensing for monitoring soil moisture at the field scale for irrigation management is huge, as well as for supporting sustainable water use at the catchment level.
