A CHANGE IS GONNA COME – LEADERSHIP FROM THE INSIDE OUT Remember, it is always darkest before the dawn. In these winter day, we are longing for sunshine and daylight. Spring IS on its way, and new light IS coming in. So, however challenging our situation might feel right now, like the seasons; it will pass. Aretha puts it well, when she knocks you over, singing:

“There've been times that I thought
I thought that I wouldn't last for long
But somehow right now I believe
That I'm able, I'm able to carry on”

If this song tells you one thing, it's that you have all you need. Start to connect with the purity in your core, tap into feelings of love and compassion - for yourself in the first place. It is then when you - regardless of circumstances - can stand like a tree: well rooted and connected to who you are, vibrant in your magnificence. I found that it made all the difference in facing adversity. It is what I call, leadership from the inside out. So, hang in there everyone; things will get better.

COME TOGETHER – EXPERIENCE UNITY
Unity is the way forward and the solution for the 2020 decade. It is the solution to inequality, racism, sexism and everything else that has caused so much pain in society. Unity is the opposite of separation. The feeling of unity lives in your heart and it is a worthwhile investment to start experiencing it. Only to find that there is oneness in all things. We ARE one; we are not separate! Now ‘gospel’ away with Primal Scream to experience through their music, what unity means to you:

FREEDOM – THERE IS SOMEONE I FORGOT TO BE
Oh boy, have we been messing things up big time. And how we regret it now – all being stuck at home - that we didn’t wake up sooner to turns things round. So today, we all know the way we play the game has got to change, oh yeah! (Heaven knows we had some fun, boy - living in our fantasies).

George Michael, rest his soul, is very articulate in this Freedom song. A real confession, in which he is stating that you have to give for what you take and that being gorgeous is not enough to make life matter. We are so with you, George:

BOWIE ON THE MISMATCH BETWEEN TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCE AND HUMAN EVOLUTION - OMG THIS IS 1999!!
David Bowie is so spot on and brilliant in how he says in a way, that the internet has the capacity to quantify its intelligence at such a rapidly fast pace that we will not be able to keep up. He is so right! Look at where we are: society, which demands nuance, is made of people who struggle to distinguish anything beyond black and white, right and wrong. HEAVEN HELP! We really need an update in our programming to match the world we've created!

The heart can be our safe haven; It is the new transformational, highly adaptable intelligence of the 2020 decade. Through connecting to it's power, we can find the confidence to thrive again. With our world on fire; it is what we desperately need and long for.

‘Think’ differently - YOU’LL NEVER STOP THIS FLAME

Even though our lives can feel pretty challenging right now - like it is all too much - there IS an air of new beginnings, new momentum around. It might not feel that way just yet. And still, we have no doubt we ARE preparing for an astonishing decade ahead. To sense the future coming, to feel more at ease with it, learn to ‘think’ in different ways by opening up to your heart. Feel with your heart: It has an immaculate sense of direction. It knows everything; Every step, every truth. Let it lead you.

New beginnings are here to stay, and we are in it for the long run. The good news is that more and more we will get used to experiences we would have dismissed as ‘impossible’ only a year ago. Celeste’s uplifting song says it very well:
