What You’ll Do
• Lead a team to troubleshoot and resolve complex calls or service cases that require knowledge.
• Participate in support and adjustment of customer product monitoring and troubleshooting when necessary.
• Handle questions about quality assurance and extended warranties.
• Immediately deal with outgoing machine problems, as well as after-sales problem records, statistics, and feedback.
• Provide empowerment training for the team to improve the basic quality and ability of the team in providing installation training and new machine introduction to customers.
• Provide online, phone, or email support to customers. (Maintenance products include inverters, AC chargers, all-in-one computers, and batteries)
• Coordinate the team in a timely manner or provide offline maintenance directly for the customer's goods
• Collect relevant issues during the ex*****on of the local team's project, and sort out an optimization plan.
• Ability to lead a team to accomplish tasks under pressure.
What You’ll Need
• Graduate as a bachelor or master's student in the direction of, • Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Practical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the relevant industry.
• Able to communicate in Italian.
• Great communication and engineering skills
• Team orientated. Experience in teams management and ability to drive the entire team forward
• Good at self-learning and able to learn from failures
• Positive attitude and energy, you are able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform well under tight time constraints
• With relevant experience in customer service, able to provide immediate solutions according to the problems raised by customers.
• A preferred employee with a driving license and able to speak Chinese.
• PV inverter related background is preferred
