📌 Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) will be more important than ever. Every interaction with a candidate must be thoughtful and engaging to create a lasting candidate experience.

📌 Flexibility is also an important subject for 2024. It involves a mindset of continuous learning and a willingness to challenge the status quo.

📌 Last but not least is being able to talk the language of candidates and hiring managers. You will only engage well with candidates if you demonstrate that you also understand their field and are able to communicate with an "expert".

Last week, our colleague Thom had the privilege to attend the Recrubo.ai Launch Event at Club Smederij, an venue in Tilburg⚡

Currently, Recrubo.ai offers a powerful tool tailored for larger companies focusing on professionals like hourly workers. Yet, the near future promises an expansion to IT roles. Imagine: a chatbot conducting the initial candidate screening, from salary expectations to experience checks. Found a match? The chatbot schedules a call. Peak efficiency, cutting out time-consuming introductory conversations.

The event itself was flawlessly organized, with insights from speakers including representatives from DHL who already utilize the tool.
