Ever feel like you are hanging on to something you want really badly??
Attached to the idea of it coming true - to help you feel something more about yourself or your life....
But you are struggling with how to make it actually happen in your reality?
I know this feeling of desire really well!
It's like you want it so badly that the absence of it makes you fight even more trying to get it...
To force or control the outcome - by doing more of the things you think (or have been taught to do) in hopes that it will bring you what you want so you can feel better.
Yet it still "feels" so far away...
The money, the relationship, the perfect job, the next promotion...
Ironically all the reaching, grasping, forcing is what is moving you further away from what you desire because it stems from a place of lack!
So what to do instead? 🤨
The answer might feel complex as we have been taught to "achieve" by doing 💪
What if we flipped this idea on it's head 🙃
And started doing the opposite - to focus more on feeling our way to our desires
When nothing seems to be working
What if it was your sign 🪧
To pause - to slow down, get as still as you can - and stop all the "doing" or action 🛑
Instead - feel your way back into alignment 😟🧐😕😐🤗
Practically speaking:
Listen to what your body is telling you - use the wisdom within you to understand what thoughts and actions are holding you back from seeing a new perspective and then do the work to release these outdated patterns so you can choose new beliefs that help you move towards what you desire - first energetically and ONLY then with action
When you get back into your flow - the actions will not only become super clear - they will seem effortless - like a magnet pulling to you all you desire
SO - What could you achieve if you stopped doing and instead started tuning inwards more - honoring the wisdom of your body and soul?
