Meet the team.

Richard, or Rich for the closest ones, is the face and brain behind the operations and strategy. Neos is one of the agency's projects with external investors, and he works on some Corporate Development projects at We Are OUI Europe as well. Despite being an intern, he holds a lot of responsibilities and leads many social media, branding and entrepreneurial projects.

Currently, he is concluding his degree in Business Administration with a double degree program at FH Münster-Germany and FAE Business School. His training includes a year of exchange during high school in Germany and his studies for one year in Branding and Advertising. During college he participated in consulting projects, and has also experience in entrepreneurship, leadership, management, and financial markets.

Creative, talented, and with a unique look in the world. Richard was born in Paraná, but he divides his time in between Umuarama with his family and Curitiba with friends. And last but not least he is one of the most talented photographers we have ever met.

Architecture is one of the most beautiful ways to show design and sophistication.

Stood tall in the heart of Burj Khalifa District, The Opus is one of Zaha Hadid's most remarkable designs ever made. This building holds inside a mixed-use 20 stories, to savour daily experiences in the unique residencies, exclusive offices, fine dining, and the most long-awaited hotel in the region.

Zaha Hadid was the first woman to receive the Pritzker Architecture Prize in 2004. Hadid's works have been called bold, unconventional, and theatrical, with eye-catching and almost surreal architectural projects, her ideas set her in a different league and changed the way that new generations approach design and architecture.

A unique design is as important to buildings as branding is to companies. Nike has become one of the world’s highest-profile athletic brands. Even, does not mention the name of the sports or the fact that they offer sports clothing. So then, it got us thinking: if product descriptions are not essential to helping a brand to rise, what is?

Well, according to Denise Lee Yohn’s as she explains in her book “What Great Brands Do” the magic lies in inspiring a positive feeling in the customer and finding a way to resonate with their values and desires. “Brand magic lies in inspiring a positive feeling in the customer”, says.

In 1988, the first Nike “Just Do It” campaign featured professional and amateur athletes talking about their accomplishments and the emotions they feel as they exercise. The “Just Do It” campaign was so powerful that people began to contact Nike with personal stories about how they “just did it” whether it was quitting a dead-end job or taking up a healthier lifestyle.

One of their first campaigns featured an 80-year-old marathoner Walt Stack, who explains to viewers how he runs about 27km every morning. Stories like this inspire and provoke emotion in viewers and lead them to ask: “If these people can do it, why can’t I?"

Daniela Garcia, but you can definitely call her Dani as friends and colleagues do. She has been working with strategy and marketing for the last 11 years. Co-founder and partner of We Are Oui, Dani graduated in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (.oficial ) in Brazil. And, she also owns a specialization in Corporate Communication, Reputation Management, and Entrepreneurship from Copenhagen Business School ().

Born in Rio de Janeiro and raised in Bahia, she has been living in Amsterdam since 2017. However, Dani is a typical digital nomad: passionate about cultures, art, people, and challenges. She also had the opportunity to live in São Paulo, New York, and Copenhagen before. In 2014, she had the opportunity to be one of the young leaders from Brazil to be mentored by Warren Buffett amount other international students from world-top universities.

A 29-year businesswoman with a high social, academic, and professional performance background, good knowledge of the world, cultural flexibility, engagement, and communicative power. OUI is the French word that means YES. By saying YES to new projects and ideas, we keep our minds open to what is fresh, new and always push ourselves further. Currently, we operate in South America and Europe, but we are always looking forward to exploring the unknown.

Our journey started in 2018 as an agency focused on the beauty sector in Brazil. After the professionalisation and training of more than 600 entrepreneurs and companies, two of the current partners decided to shut down the operation at the beginning of 2020. It happened due to the high demand for alternative projects and enterprises in the Tourism sector.

A few months later, we face the uncertainty and challenge of recreating ourselves once markets got deeply impacted by giving the pandemic. In mid-2020, we decided to sum up forces again and invited a new partner to the team, rebranding the concept, visual identity, and name. For 2021, we decided to launch our company globally based on our experience and digital mobility.

Women lead our team. Oui. Agency has a robust intellectual background, emotional intelligence, and free spirit to create the new. From different paths, we summed up our strengths to provoke the obvious and achieve outstanding results.

Our experience comes from more than famous education institutes; we are natural entrepreneurs and built up successful companies. In our corporate careers, we learn. During entrepreneurship season, we execute. Now, we are ready to share with you this digital journey.

Food for thoughts: Freedom is on hold 💭

Even more viral than the virus itself seems to be the fear that infected a whole society, a whole world, connected by technology and media, that more than broadcasting relevant messages, insists on a live reportage of casualties minute by minute, of useful information mixed with alarming non-information that doesn't filter what's essential from what's sensational, that feeds voraciously this blind fear, the true panic, that strips us more of freedom than the pandemic state we face. And it's that panic, precisely, that can cause more casualties than the virus itself.

Consciousness and responsibility, both individual and collective, which should shed light, in some way, on the path, seems to merge with fundamentalism and hysteria, promoted mainly through social media, where everyone's looking for a speaker's corner, a stand to call attention, to judge, to point fingers, and mainly to praise oneself as an exceptional and abiding human being. Containing the propagation of the virus, social and individual responsibility is a duty for ALL OF US, the ones that can afford to stay home as well as of those who have the courage to still head to work, whichever area that may be.

This is not the time to go by as usual, it's not the time to be hypocritical. It's not the time to enjoy windows of individual opportunism and even less of a political one. It's not the time to divide ourselves, it's not the time to wanting to be right instead of doing right, using reason. It's also not the time to use reason without emotion. It's not the time to throw stones when all we need is to go back to a time when we can hold each other.

The first digital-only art auction by Christie's auction house has netted $69m (£50m) for the artist Beeple. The digital art was sold as an NFT - the latest tech craze which has boomed in popularity in recent weeks. Beeple - real name Mike Winkelmann - creates a new piece of digital art every day, and was selling the first 5,000 days (13 years) of his work.

That success puts Beeple among the top three most valuable living artists. The sale was the first NFT-based work of art sold by a "major" auction house and set a new world record for digital art. The collection is a collage of the thousands of individual daily images which Beeple, an American graphic designer, started in early 2007 and has done every day since. Many of the individual pieces are surreal or unsettling, and he uses a variety of digital modeling and artistic programs for them.

As for the digital format, it's getting more hype than the painting. It's a rising type of technology called a non-fungible token, or NFT. Think of an NFT as a unique proof of ownership over something you can't usually hold in your hand — a piece of digital art, a digital coupon, maybe a video clip. Like the digital art itself, you can't really hold an NFT in your hand, either — it's a one-of-a-kind piece of code, stored and protected on a shared public exchange.
