𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 ☀️

The Dutch People & Culture team enjoyed a fantastic team outing and the weather couldn’t have been better!

With the sun shining and everyone in high spirits, we faced off in a battle escape room challenge. Two identical rooms, two teams, one goal: escape the fastest. It was a close call, but one team took the win with just a 3-minute lead!

After all the brainwork and adrenaline, we wrapped up the day with food, drinks, and some real quality time.

At Workrate, we see ISO certifications as a cornerstone of our dedication to clients and partners. We’re proud to announce that we have successfully renewed our certifications for 𝗜𝗦𝗢 𝟵𝟬𝟬𝟭 (quality management) and 𝗜𝗦𝗢 𝟮𝟳𝟬𝟬𝟭 (information security) for another three years!

This year’s audits were particularly challenging, involving both a recertification and an assessment against the updated ISO 27001 framework. In total, we completed 8.5 intensive days of auditing, with colleagues from both Germany and the Netherlands demonstrating how we operate and optimize our processes.

📍 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀:
𝘚𝘪𝘵𝘦 𝘷𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘴: A data center in Frankfurt led by Account Manager Sophia Mayer and a logistics site in The Hague led by Account Manager Richard Wensink.

𝘒𝘦𝘺 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘳𝘪𝘣𝘶𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘴: Jonas Hoving and Robertjan Sibie played crucial roles in preparing and discussing IT-related aspects of the audit, while Dirk Jan van der Meij, Alex Thijssen and Daven Boltman ensured seamless coordination and organization.

A massive thank you to all our colleagues for your hard work and commitment, both during the audits and throughout the preparation phase. Your dedication made this achievement possible! 🙌
