My name is Matt Jones, but I am known for more than 20 years as “Taco”, and I am the founder of Daddy Taco. I used to run the bar at a very successful restaurant and Tequila bar called “A Fistful Of Tacos” in the United Kingdom, which is where I picked up my nick name. I have recently become a father and I am since known as Daddy Taco. Daddy Taco provides delicious home-made m
eals and snacks, from our amazing traveling cantina. We take pride in selling the best Sandwiches, Tacos, Burritos, and snacks to take away. I have since had a career in Television IT services, but my love for the restaurant trade and the food has brought me back around to my true calling, creating and serving amazing food. Nothing gives me more pleasure than seeing someone enjoy the food I have made, and I provide nothing but the best, warm friendly customer service. We offer a choice of meat and vegetarian options, and all of our products are either locally sourced, or imported from authentic suppliers, and great care is taken to only select the best produce. We like to think we have something for everyone, and most of our products can be made in your personal style. An online ordering service will be available, so that customers can pre-order your food, and collect at the cantina, or customers can order at the window, and wait for the food to be prepared. We intend to offer our services at locations that do not have available food options, or where we can offer a better quality of product. Our mobile cantina is easily identifiable, and our food is unforgettable, Daddy Taco looks forward to making people smile with fantastic, fresh, food.
