We start our sprints by getting aligned on the envisioned state to become future proof. Then we create a unique mix of change interventions and communications per stakeholder group to get there 🙌 .

If you're leading your organisation through a change, moving towards a new and compelling vision, there is a magical group in the middle that needs your focused time and energy. This is the group that needs to be persuaded that the change is a good idea. We see the 20/60/20 division in the organisation:

👉 20% really want to change and are enthusiastic and don't need any extra help.
👉 20% will actively work against the change and sabotage it.
👉 60% is on the fence; these could go either way and should be your focus.

Focus on the 60% to engage them in the co-creation process and you will be well on your way to driving the change through your organisation ✔️.
