On 19 May, pianist Pavel Kolesnikov presented the new Steinway piano he personally selected for BOZAR in Brussels, ahead of his appointment as BOZAR Portrait Artist for the 2026–2027 season.

Located in the iconic Victor Horta building in the heart of Brussels, BOZAR is one of Europe’s leading multidisciplinary arts centres, internationally renowned for its visionary programming spanning music, visual arts, literature, film and performance.

Thomas Beijer performed the Goldberg Variations on 17 May in Musis Arnhem

On 24 May Hannes Minnaar bring Bach’s Goldberg Variations to the Oranjewoud Festival for a unique midnight concert.

Later this season, on 23 October 2026, Thomas Beijer and Hannes Minnaar will perform for the first time together a special (no Bach) program for 2 piano's in Utrecht at TivoliVredenburg.

Pianist Anna Fedorova continues to receive outstanding critical acclaim across Europe for her recent performances.

Described as “lyrical, passionate and lively,” her interpretations have been praised for their depth, clarity and expressive power. Critics highlight her “sweeping romantic breadth,” “extraordinarily rich sound,” and her ability to combine “detail with grandeur in a natural and homogeneous way.”

Her performances of Rachmaninoff and Tchaikovsky have been especially celebrated, with reviewers noting her “crystalline and ethereal melody” and a “whirlwind of technique” delivered with elegance and ease.

In recent weeks, Anna Fedorova has appeared with the Noord Nederlands Orkest in Drachten and Utrecht—where her performance was broadcast live on NPO Klassiek—and continued the tour in Groningen at De Oosterpoort. She also performed at the Palau de la Música Catalana in Barcelona with Chopin’s Piano Concerto No. 2, following earlier appearances across Spain.

Interartists Amsterdam is pleased to announce the representation of conductor James Ham in the Benelux, France, Germany* and Switzerland.

With a genuinely collaborative approach and remarkable versatility, British conductor James Ham is gaining recognition for his musical insight across orchestral, opera and ballet repertoire. From rediscovering rarely performed works to leading complex contemporary scores and exploring the standard repertoire through a historically informed lens, he is committed to engaging new audiences in meaningful ways.
Recent engagements include appearances with the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, RTÉ Concert Orchestra, Magdeburg Philharmonie, Südwestdeutsche Philharmonie and Ensemble Modern Akademie, alongside extensive touring with Scottish Ballet and Northern Ballet. In opera, he has led the first ever performance in England of Tchaikovsky’s The Oprichnik and the first UK revival in nearly a century of Oscar Straus’ The Chocolate Soldier, both to critical acclaim.

In the 2025/26 season, James Ham returns to English National Opera, where he will serve as assistant conductor for the UK premiere of Du Yun’s Pulitzer Prize–winning opera Angel’s Bone, presented in collaboration with Factory International and the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra in Manchester (12–16 May 2026).

Acclaimed pianist Fazıl Say performs two recital evenings in the Netherlands, bringing together Bach and his own unique voice as composer.

On 23 April at TivoliVredenburg in Utrecht and 24 April at Muziekgebouw aan ’t IJ in Amsterdam, he presents Bach’s Goldberg Variations, followed by his own compositions in the second half.

Interartists Amsterdam is happy to announce that pianist Thomas Beijer is ‘Artist in Residence’ for the 2026–2027 season of AVROTROS Klassiek’s Vrijdag van Vredenburg, and is featured on the cover of the season brochure.

As part of this special residency, he will perform with the Radio Philharmonic Orchestra in two major concerts and present a newly composed work written especially for the orchestra. Alongside these highlights, Thomas Beijer will also appear in two chamber music productions, collaborating with distinguished artists.

He is also part of the AVROTROS Muzikale Meesterwerken series, a prestigious cycle of eleven concerts plus an additional performance, featuring leading artists such as Noa Wildschut and Liza Ferschtman.
Pre-sale for the series opens on 20 March, with individual tickets available from 24 March.
