When a man speaks, he says what he thinks, not what he feels.
When a woman speaks, she expresses her feelings, not what she thinks.
So if a couple is arguing and the woman says, "Go away, I don't want to see you anymore," you shouldn't leave as a man, because she's asking him to sense what he's doing to her.
If a man says, "What are you stupid?" he doesn't mean the woman is stupid, but she's acting stupid. Her actions are technically inappropriate.
Two languages. One conversation. Full of misunderstandings.
Women provide information through relationships, context, and undercurrents.
Men through structure, logic, and decision.
The organization often rewards logic as more professional.
That's a fallacy.

Then the man should pay attention to her "gut feeling."

Think of Strategy. Reputation. Culture. Major investments. You can't get by with spreadsheets alone. You also need people skills, timing, and a feel for the underlying current.
