We are firm believers of ✨ open source ✨ and sharing curated content.

One of the simplest most impactful exercises in a facilitators belt. Checking-in is an easy yet effective way for a team to open a session symbolically and in a collaborative way. Checking-in invites each member in a group to be present, seen and heard, giving an opportunity to express a reflection or a feeling as well as to simply bond with the group.

When we get back in touch with our alumni to catch up after their graduation, their stories make us feel inspired and proud. It warms our facilitator hearts so much to hear about the many ways they have implemented the skills & learnings, that they picked up from our course, in their teams and ways of working. 👏

Often we forget to celebrate our accomplishments, but it is such an important part of striving to achieve a goal- creating space and time for cheering each other on and patting ourselves on the back every once in a while. 🚀
