gericht op het bevorderen van kleine tot middelgrote range bedrijven. QBA Stichting werd opgericht op basis van het laatste testament van Dr Fathi Salim Elbaghdadi, een Iraakse nationale communicatie professor ex-pat wonen in Nederland. Dr Elbaghdadi zijn leven gewijd aan helpen de minder bedeelden lagen van de samenleving te bevorderen, om zich te mengen in en bloeien.
