TECHNOLOGY CONNECTS. DESIGN MAKES IT HUMAN.

Technology should never replace human connection.
It should make it easier.

That idea shaped the new Sound of Data workplace in Rotterdam.

Sound of Data specialises in customer contact and connectivity, helping organisations stay accessible to their customers worldwide through smart routing, omnichannel communication, automation and AI.

Their philosophy is simple:

Automated where possible.
Personal where it matters.

We translated that balance into the interior.

Inside the raw brick, steel and concrete architecture of The Clark, part of the award-winning Little C development near Coolhaven, we introduced warmth, colour, light and character.

Spaces to focus.
Spaces to collaborate.
Spaces where spontaneous conversations can become powerful ideas.

The industrial character of the building provided a strong architectural canvas. Our role was to soften it without losing its strength creating a workplace that feels contemporary and professional, but above all, human.

Because the best workplaces don’t just support how people work.

They positively change how people feel while doing it.

The result?

Professional without feeling cold.
Forward-thinking without losing its soul.
Technology-driven, but unmistakably human.

Because technology may power the connection.

But people give it meaning.

A successful photoshoot day at CITYSIDE 📸

It was a pleasure to capture this project together with our photographer . We were also joined by our new intern, , who recently came over from the UK. She has a great eye for detail and was a fantastic help throughout the day. A wonderful addition to the team!

This project was executed in collaboration with re:invent and it was great to see the spaces being photographed after all the hard work that went into bringing them to life.

One of the highlights of the day was speaking with Reinier, one of the people who was using the office and meeting spaces for the first time. Hearing his genuine enthusiasm and positive feedback about the interior made the day even more special…

This is just a small behind-the-scenes glimpse. There’s much more to come, and we’ll soon be sharing the story behind this project in a separate reel.

Sometimes the best way to move your company forward is to step away for a moment.

During this summer holiday, I am giving myself the space to zoom out. Taking a small break helps me to regain perspective, reconnect with our purpose, and return with more clarity about where we’re heading.

For me, that clarity comes from being physically active and letting my mind wander. Movement creates space for new ideas, and creativity shows up especially when I’m not trying to force it.

One of the most important responsibilities of a CEO is creating enough space to think and see the bigger picture.

We’re often expected to have all the answers. But I’ve learned that the best insights rarely come from sitting behind a desk.

We need to reflect on where we’re going, why we’re building what we’re building, and what really deserves our attention.

For me, that headspace is created through movement. Sports, dancing, gardening and playing outside don’t just recharge my energy. They unlock creativity and help me return with a clearer vision.

This holiday reminds me how valuable it is to zoom out. Away from the daily decisions and into the bigger questions:

• Are we still solving the right problems?
• Are we focused on what matters most?
• Are we building with purpose?

Sometimes the highest-impact work happens when you deliberately stop working and you create space for your creativity to flow.

A behind-the-scenes look at our latest interior design project and photoshoot at GIGA Storage’s new office. ✨
storage is helping shape the future of energy by developing large-scale battery storage systems that store renewable energy and release it when it’s needed most. By balancing the electricity grid, reducing congestion, and enabling greater use of wind and solar power, they play a vital role in accelerating the energy transition.

We designed a workspace that reflects their innovative vision, creating an environment where collaboration, sustainability, and forward-thinking come together.

Every space tells a story, and this one was designed to reflect functionality, innovation, and a modern workplace experience.

There’s a new hotspot in Amsterdam Zuidoost that we have designed the interior for: ZOJazz Stage in the iconic monumental building and I’m about to tell you why it matters way more than you think.

Spaces have power. Real power. Most venues? They’re just boxes. Walls. Seats. Boring architecture that says “sit down and consume content.” But ZOJAZZ STAGE? It’s different. It breaks the mold completely.

didn’t build just another concert hall. She built a belief system. She said, “I’m going to create a place where the design itself inspires you. Where every corner makes you curious. Where you feel something the moment you walk in.” That’s not real estate. That’s culture.

And here’s what gets us fired up: Amsterdam Zuidoost is PACKED with talent. Incredible musicians, artists, storytellers, people with something to say. But they didn’t have their stage. They didn’t have the platform. So what happened? Their voices got quieter. And that’s a massive loss for all of us.

ZOJazz Stage changed that.

This isn’t about jazz. Well, it is, but it’s not JUST about jazz. It’s about freedom. Improvisation. Taking what you have and creating something beautiful from it. That’s the spirit. That’s the energy!

This venue is for everyone emerging talent, established international acts, community. A real platform built WITH people, not for some corporate agenda.

And if you’re an artist? You need to know this place exists.

Say hi to Milena Grijakovic, our new interior designer!

She has spent over a decade working on hospitality, leisure and residential projects in The Netherlands and a few Mediterranean countries.

She is obsessed with the fact that every space tells a different story.

A single material, an unexpected proportion or a colour can shift how a space feels.

Her inspiration comes from ornamental patterns, cultural details and elements she spotted on travels that resurface later in a project.

She keeps a close eye on where design and technology are heading, curious about all of it.

We could not be more excited to have her on our team. Stay tuned to see her shine!

Some spaces are designed for function.
Others are designed for feeling.

was born from a deeper intention:
to create a home for expression, improvisation, culture, memory, and possibility.

Inside one of Amsterdam Zuidoost’s most iconic buildings, two women with shared Surinamese roots, shared resilience, and shared vision came together to build something bigger than a venue.

A space where jazz is not just music…
but philosophy!

Where no straight lines become a reminder that life, creativity, and community were never meant to move rigidly.

Where old instruments once considered “finished” were transformed into light, still carrying the energy of every hand, every breath, every story that touched them.

This is more than interior design.
More than architecture.
More than a stage.

It’s a cultural statement.
A love letter to Zuidoost.
A reminder that when spaces are built with intention… people feel it.
