While working from home, it can be difficult not to sit the whole day.
Most of us sit behind a fixxed table behind our computers.
Recently I’ve been doing work-from-home checks to see what can be changed easily to get a healthier workplace at home. I mostly gave the advise to alternate between sitting and standing by using an iron board. Most people have this at home and it fits even in small houses. Best is to do a simple task or videocalls standing up like this. Most iron boards are a bit too low to reach ergonomic proportions, but it is a cheap and practical solution to have a break from sitting.
