During your visit, you’ll experience the customer journey just like a regular customer while paying attention to the service and details that make all the difference.

You pay attention to things like:
• Were you approached by an employee?
• Did they ask about your needs?
• Did they offer helpful suggestions or alternatives?

You’re simply shopping like you normally would, while helping your favorite brands improve their customer experience. 🙌

Deventer wins our Experience of the Month Award in March! 🏆

Our shopper said: “I was able to try products during my visit to see if the jewellery suited my preferences. The employees listened carefully to my wishes, really took the time, and came up with alternatives themselves.”

Store manager Lynn Smal highlights the importance of the team’s collaboration. “We’re constantly coordinating, who helps which customer, who goes to the register, and who approaches the next customer. Together, we guide customers in their search for jewellery and a matching outfit.”
