GUESS Palermo wins our Experience of the Month Award! 🥇

This month, GUESS in Palermo stood out for the way the team combined personal attention, product knowledge and advice that matched the customer’s needs. The employee listened carefully, suggested multiple items and explained why the material was a good fit.

During the mystery shopping visit, the shopper was looking for a T-shirt for a special occasion and needed a soft fabric suitable for sensitive skin.

Our mystery shopper wrote: “The employee mentioned the qualities of cotton, such as the fact that it is breathable and suitable for sensitive skin. She suggested different cotton T-shirts, with variation in colours and styles, and let me try several options so I could compare them and choose with confidence.”

Store Manager Vittorio Franchina sees the award as recognition for the daily work of the team. “It rewards the constant work we do every day with dedication and passion.”
