HyGear supplies industrial hydrogen, nitrogen and oxygen gas in small bulk quantities.

By combining advanced on-site generation technologies with conventional gas distribution methods, we offer cost-effective and reliable gas supply. Hydrogen supply
HyGear supplies cost-effective hydrogen by installing its on-site Hy.GEN technology. The system generates hydrogen from natural gas by using HyGear’s proprietary Steam Methane Reforming technology. Decentralized hydrogen production by HyGear offers a safer, more reliable and cost attractive alternative to conventional hydrogen supply by tube trailers or electrolysers, and significantly lowers the environmental impact. This results in optimised reliability of supply at lower costs. Nitrogen & Oxygen supply
HyGear also supplies nitrogen and oxygen by on-site PSA-technology, the N.GEN and O.GEN. These highly efficient on-site generators are based on HyGear’s extensive experience in PSA gas separation technology and gas processing systems. Gas Recycling
To further reduce costs, our Hy.REC gas recycling technology can be installed to recover the spent gases from the process. The Hy.REC is able to recycle gas mixtures as well as pure hydrogen. The opportunities lie in the reduction of the operational costs of utilities (hydrogen and nitrogen) and therefore fit well with the industry’s aim of energy and cost savings. About HyGear

Most industrial plants treat their CO₂ as a disposal problem. It can be an income stream instead.

HyGear's carbon capture systems recover CO₂ from flue gas at purity above 98%, in gaseous or liquid, food-grade quality. That output has a market: beverage carbonation, food preservation, greenhouse enrichment, dry ice, and methanation. The higher the CO₂ concentration in your flue gas, the better the economics.

Carbon Capture also lowers the carbon intensity of on-site hydrogen production, which turns grey hydrogen into blue hydrogen.

Every Nm³ of hydrogen, nitrogen, argon or helium that leaves your process as vent gas is a cost you pay twice: once to buy it, once to vent it.

Hy.REC® recovers up to 99% of those gases and returns them to the process, cleaned of impurities. Payback lands between 0.5 and 3 years, depending on your gas price and volume. The system runs autonomously alongside production.

Meet even the strictest gas grid requirement with oxygen removal from biogas. Biomethane only enters the gas grid when the oxygen content is low enough. Current regulations set that limit at below 5 ppmv.
