Snow wiped clean at 200 km/h.

Exalto Wipers supplies the wiper system for Vy's Class 75 trains in Norway, built by Stadler for tough Nordic winters. A clear windscreen keeps the driver's view sharp, whatever the weather.

This is a repeat order: the same system was first developed for these trains under NSB, and Vy has stuck with it ever since.

Before a wiper system ever reaches its final destination, it has to prove itself first.

Inside our test facility in the Netherlands, we run complete systems and individual components through endurance testing, built to hold up under the heaviest weather conditions and the longest running hours. Every standard product is tested before it reaches the market.

In late July, Marc van Beest, our International Sales Manager, was on the road in Australia for a full week of customer visits alongside Stella Marine. Six cities: Fremantle, Gold Coast, Newcastle, Sydney, Melbourne, and Hobart.

The trip covered everything from recreational yachts and luxury motor boats to aluminum commercial vessels, patrol boats, and large passenger ferries. Marc and the Stella Marine team also ran quality reviews and worked through specifications for upcoming vessel builds.

Exalto Wipers and Stella Marine have been working together for ten years. A week like this is what that kind of relationship makes possible.

This is a first for Exalto Wipers: our first official exhibition in Asia.

From 28 to 30 July 2026, we are at Railwaytech Indonesia, at JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta. Find us at stand D2I3-02.

Our focus is wiper systems for trains, metros, and locomotives, mainly low speed vehicles. Robbert van den Berg and Larissa Saffanah Arif represent us on the stand, and Larissa speaks Indonesian natively.

30+ years of partnership.

Our International Sales Manager, Marc van Beest, recently visited Imtra Corporation in New Bedford, USA, a valued partner we have been working with for decades.

The visit was a great opportunity to reconnect with the team and meet their new Wiper Product Manager, Alden Tangen. A valuable moment to exchange knowledge and align for the future.

Staying closely connected and understanding each other’s way of working remains key in long-term partnerships.

Our Rail Wiper team recently visited key customers in Switzerland, including Stadler, SBB CFF FFS and BLS.

One of the highlights of the trip was the visit to Stadler in St. Margrethen, where we had the opportunity to see the ongoing expansion of their facilities and learn more about their future plans. Seeing both early-stage and completed wagons on-site provided valuable insight into the full production process.

These visits are an important part of how we work: staying close to our customers, strengthening collaborations and understanding developments within the rail industry.

A great few days of connecting, sharing knowledge and exploring opportunities together.
