This week, our lead engineer Timo Wolfswinkel has been at the Aquário do Bacalhau (Maritime Museum of Ílhavo, Município de Ílhavo) for the final commissioning of their new UV disinfection system, from VGE B.V.

When you are protecting iconic livestock like the Atlantic cod, the technical heart of the facility has to be bulletproof. For us, "Engineering Certainty" isn't a slide in a deck, it’s being on-site to ensure the logic, the flow, and the biology are perfectly aligned before we hand over the keys.

It’s an honour to support the technical infrastructure of such a prestigious Portuguese institution and thanks to their team for hosting Timo!

It’s hard to believe it’s already been a month since the Landing team sat down together for our Christmas dinner. Looking at these photos, it’s a great reminder of the "Humans for Humans" element that drives everything we do. We often say that 1+1=3 when the right people collaborate, and these are the people who make that math work.
If December was about reflection and a well-earned break, January 2026 has been about pure momentum.

The first 30 days of the year have been a whirlwind of activity. While the industry often slows down in January, the Landing office has been at full throttle:
●Finalizing the "Bulletproof" Catalogue: We are putting the finishing touches on the technical files for our standardized Oxygen Cabinets, Cones and other RAS components.
●Going Global: We continue with the onboarding process for our new developments, ensuring the Landing standard of engineering is ready for the crossing.
●Deep-Dive Engineering: We’ve started two new Feasibility Studies for clients who are tired of "black box" promises and are ready for some "No BS" transparency.

Engineering certainty isn't just about calculations; it's about the energy and commitment of the people behind them. We’re only one month into 2026, and the foundation for our most impactful year yet is already set.
