We are back. [Portuguese below]

After a lovely holiday, celebrated in Minas Gerais (Brazil), we returend to the Netherlands this week. Minas Gerais always has been one of our favourite places in Brazil, it has a lovely combination of nature and culture.

It was a good time to be with friends and family but also to unload and take a step back.

And now we are fully recharged.

As from this Monday, 3rd of October, we are fully available again for your relocation, immigration and all other related questions.

Depois de umas férias mais que esperadas, casando do amigos e visitando família e amigos.
Minas Gerais sempre é um dos nossos lugares favoritos no Brasil, com seu jeito acolhedor e com gastronomia espetacular, a mistura da natureza e e cultura.

In the coming weeks you should receive a letter with your provisional tax assessment 2021. Or maybe you already did.
You’ll then need to file a tax return to pay any additional tax owed or request a refund if you’ve paid too much in tax.

If you don’t receive a letter, you may still need to file a tax return if you received any income which hasn’t been taxed at source.

The Dutch tax year ran from 1-1-2021 to 31-12-2021. You must file your tax returns in this year, 2022.

In theory, tax residents in the Netherlands should submit their tax return any time from 1 March until 1 May.

For non-resident taxpayers, the deadline is 1 July; however, they can also apply for a postponement.

Although 2021 was not the most easy year, we always aimed to satisfy our customers. At the end of the year we helped Jean and her family with a relocation request from the Philippines to The Netherlands.
